3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase. We accept major payment methods as listed at checkout. All payment transactions are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. Gaurav Snacks does not store your payment card details.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to eligible pin codes within India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including logistics delays, public holidays, or force majeure events.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased passes to you upon dispatch to the carrier. Gaurav Snacks is not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.
5. Returns & Refunds
As our products are consumable food items, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Refunds or replacements are only considered in the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.
- A claim is raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Gaurav Snacks reserves the right to assess each claim on a case-by-case basis.
