1. Processing Times
We take pride in the freshness of our products.
- Standard Orders: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.
- Fresh Batches: Some items are prepared “on-demand” to ensure maximum crispness. In such cases, dispatch may take an additional day.
- Holidays:Â Please note that we do not ship on Sundays or National Holidays.
2. Shipping Charges
We believe in transparent pricing. No hidden “snack taxes” here!
- Standard Shipping:Â A flat shipping fee Of Rs. 80.00 is applied. It may vary based on the weight of your order and your location.
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹ 499.
- The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page before you make your payment.
3. Delivery Timelines
We partner with reputed courier services to ensure your snacks arrive in perfect condition. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Within Jaipur/Rajasthan: 1–3 business days.
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen weather conditions or logistical issues.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is out for delivery, we’ll send you a “Snack Alert!”
- You will receive an email and/or Message on Whatsapp with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
- You can track your package’s journey from our store to your home in real-time.
5. Packaging & Handling
Our snacks are fragile. To ensure you receive whole pieces and not just crumbs:
- We use food-grade, airtight packaging to maintain freshness.
- Orders are shipped in sturdy corrugated boxes with adequate cushioning to prevent transit damage.
6. Incorrect Address & Delivery Failures
- Please double-check your shipping address and phone number.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, a reshipping fee may apply to send the order out again.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or if an item is missing:
- Take a photo/video of the package/product immediately.

- We will investigate and ensure a replacement or refund is processed promptly.
