At Gaurav Snacks, we strive to ensure every bite is as fresh and delicious as intended. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Because our products are perishable food items, our policies are designed to ensure health, safety, and fairness.
1. Cancellation Policy
We aim to get your snacks moving as quickly as possible. Therefore, the window for cancellation is short:
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placement or until it is “Marked for Dispatch,” whichever is earlier. To cancel, please contact us at +91 9672108746 or email info@gauravsnacks.com.
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of snacks and food safety regulations:
- No General Returns: We do not accept returns on food items once they have been delivered, as we cannot ensure the product’s integrity for resale.
- Exceptions: We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during transit, or if the wrong item was sent.
3. Refund & Replacement Process
If you receive a damaged or incorrect package, we are committed to making it right.
Steps to follow:
- Report it: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Provide Proof: Send an email to info@gauravsnacks.com with your Order ID and clear Photos & uncut Video recording of the damaged product and the outer packaging.
- Evaluation: Our team will review the request within 48 hours.
- Resolution: If approved, we will either ship a fresh replacement at no extra cost or initiate a refund to your original payment method.
4. Refund Timelines
If a refund is approved:
- Prepaid Orders: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Wallet) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- COD Orders: For orders paid via Cash on Delivery, we will request your bank details or UPI ID to process the refund via bank transfer.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Incorrect Address: If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or phone number provided by the customer.
- Refused Delivery: If the customer refuses to accept the package at the time of delivery.
- Storage Issues: If the product spoils due to improper storage after delivery (e.g., leaving airtight packs open).
- Taste Preference: While we love our recipes, we cannot offer refunds based on individual taste preferences.
